About Center Balance

Center Balance was founded in 2024 by Dr. Sara Fletcher, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified by the ANCC (PMHNP-BC), who specializes in psychiatric medication management. She has a diverse background of experience in patient care including but not limited to: Emergency services; Emergency department; hospital nursing; and community, in-patient, and residential psychiatric care. She draws from her experience and training to assist with improving your overall mental health and well-being.


Throughout Dr. Fletcher’s career she has noticed that true well-being is fluid and holistic in nature. Always ebbing and flowing and working together: biological, psychological, social and spiritual.


Dr. Fletcher’s approach is evidence based for best outcomes, which includes blending pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions together. While utilizing the individual's guidance and experience to achieve balance with their mental health and enjoy a higher quality of life. 


Dr. Fletcher offers a safe, compassionate, and HIPAA compliant space in order to facilitate wellness. Appointments are conducted virtually.

In-person appointments are dictated by DEA laws for controlled substances or assessment needs.


With a true joy for helping others, Dr. Fletcher looks forward to educating and empowering individuals to regain control of their mental health. She encourages patients to make personal efforts toward achieving balance and wellbeing. She wants to be a positive and safe support in your mental health journey whether it be for just a season, or reason, or a lifetime.
